The EOC is comprised of four sub committees, responsible for focusing on particular areas to assist the larger committee as a whole.
EDUCATION
The Education Sub Committee gathers and develops teaching materials related to all things MJM and our ESOP(Employee Stock Ownership Plan)
NOMINATIONS & ELECTIONS
The Nominations & Elections Sub Committee organizes polls and voting for EOC matters and candidate selections for EOC positions.
EVENTS
The Events Sub Committee plans, organizes, and hosts gatherings and events related to the EOC and the company’s ESOP.
IDEAS
The Ideas Sub Committee gathers and facilitates ideas and concepts to take actionable steps on all matters of the EOC and company as a whole.
