This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, balancing several projects at once, and serving as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams. You’ll lead schedules, budgets, and scope while staying closely involved in day-to-day coordination, communication, and documentation to keep projects moving smoothly.

As we grow and expand, we have an immediate need for a licensed Structural Engineer to join our Nashville office. Our work consists primarily of mid- and low-rise retail and light industrial buildings delivered on fast-paced schedules, offering the opportunity to take ownership of design and see projects move quickly from concept through construction.

This role is ideal for a licensed engineer who enjoys hands-on design, managing multiple projects at once, and working closely with a small, collaborative team. Engineers here typically handle several projects at once and are trusted with meaningful responsibility early.

You’ll work side-by-side with architects, engineers, and designers across disciplines. As an Emerging Professional, you’ll work alongside experienced project managers, architects and engineers on a variety of commercial projects. You’ll contribute to the design process, help produce construction documents, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
